Espresso Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 package store bought brownie mix, prepared according to directions
  • 3 Tbsp instant espresso or 2 rounded Tbsp finely ground dark-roast coffee beans
  • 1 shot coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
  • softened butter for the pan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Add instant expresso and liqueur to brownie mix. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 22-25 minutes on the upper rack of oven. Cut and serve warm as is or with ice cream.
