Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) packages shredded broccoli slaw
- 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, stir together the broccoli slaw, red cabbage and carrots.
2. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Fold the mayonnaise mixture into the vegetables and stir until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours up to overnight
