Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- FILLING
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp margarita mix
- ICING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp margarita mix

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350⁰. Combine first three ingredients until crumbly. Press mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Mix next five ingredients (filling). Pour over warm crust and return to oven. Bake another 25-30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Cool completely.
Mix last two ingredients (icing) to spreading consistency. Spread over bars, cut, and enjoy!
