Walleye Grilled In Foil

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 6 oz walleye fillet
- 4 baby red potato (cooked and cut in half)
- 4 stalks asparagus
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp lemon compound butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon Compound Butter
- 1 lb butter
- 1/2 cup herbs (Thyme, Chive and Rosemary)
- 2 lemon zest and juice of lemon (2 each)
- 1 Tbsp roasted garlic
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish on center of foil sprayed with pan spray or use non-stick foil.
Top with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and finish with compound butter.
Seal foil and place on grill, (medium high level), cook for about 7 minutes per side.
Directions for lemon compound butter:
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
