Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 6 oz walleye fillet
  • 4 baby red potato (cooked and cut in half)
  • 4 stalks asparagus
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp lemon compound butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon Compound Butter
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup herbs (Thyme, Chive and Rosemary)
  • 2 lemon zest and juice of lemon (2 each)
  • 1 Tbsp roasted garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Season fish with salt and pepper.

Place fish on center of foil sprayed with pan spray or use non-stick foil.

Top with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and finish with compound butter.

Seal foil and place on grill, (medium high level), cook for about 7 minutes per side.

Directions for lemon compound butter:

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
