Strawberry Banana Pudding

  • 14 oz can sweet and condensed milk
  • 1 1/12 cups cold water
  • 3.4 oz instant banana pudding mix
  • 3 cups nondairy whipped topping
  • 12 oz vanilla wafers
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat milk and water for 1 minute at medium speed. Add pudding and beat for 2 more minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. After pudding is set, fold in whipped topping until well blended and no streaks of whipped topping are seen. In a large glass or trifle bowl, arrange one-third of the cookies on the bottom of the bowl. Follow with one-third of the strawberries and one-third of the pudding. Repeat the layering 2 more times. Top with crushed wafers. Chill for 4-8 hours before serving.
