Bacon Cheeseburger Ring

  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8 oz) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • dill pickle chips
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Ketchup and mustard



Step 1

Brown ground beef with onions over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is crumbly and no longer pink. Season with garlic salt. Turn off heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce and bacon. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13-inch pizza pan or a large cookie sheet with points towards the outside. There should be a 5-inch opening in the center. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Top with shredded cheese. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. Filling will not be completely covered. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Arrange tomato slices, lettuce, and pickles around inside center of ring. Serve additional ketchup and mustard.
