• 8 eggs
• 6 pieces cubed bread (or 1/2 cup potatoes)
• 1 cup cheese
• 1 cup or more milk
• 1 lb sausage/bacon
• salt
• pepper
• dried mustard

1.) Combine ingredients in casserole dish.

2.) Bake at 350º for an hour
