Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 13 Ritz crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until very stiff, add sugar slowly- beat until looks glassy. Add baking powder and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients folding in.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
