Roasted Salmon with Mustard Dill glaze

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4- 4oz salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine mayo, mustard, dill, sugar and juice. Put salmon fillets on foil lined baking pan and season with salt and pepper and spread mayo mix over fillets. Roast 12-15 minutes.
