Ingredients

  • 9 c frozen rhubarb, thawed & drained
  • 1 c dried cranberries
  • 1/3 c cranberry juice
  • 2 Y cornstarch
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 3 T lemon juice>> combine, place in a 3 qt baking dish
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c Grape Nuts cereal
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 t salt >>>>>>>>>combine
  • 8 T butter, chilled & cut into small pieces >cut into
  • flour>>coarse meal. Scrape onto fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Place dish on a rimmed baking sheet to catch drips.
Bake 1 hour @ 350, til top is browned & fruit is bubbly.


Top w/ frozen yogurt if desired.
