Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 - 1 lb. Swordfish, frozen
  • 1/4 - 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay
  • 1 tsp. cracked Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place the swordfish on a long piece of aluminum foil (tray shaped). Season both sides of the swordfish with half of the pepper and half of the Old Bay measurements listed in the ingredients section. Place the foil on a hot grill and grill until the swordfish is done.
