Ingredients
- 2 large peeled sweet potatoes, cut into round chunks
- 1 pound peeled and chopped or sliced carrots
- 1 pound peeled and diced turnips
- 2 medium sized yellow onions, chopped
- 6 dried apricots, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon each of turmeric and cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger and cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 ounce can vegetable or chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cut on low for 6 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
