Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups pecans, chopped

  • 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallow

  • Icing:

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 pound box powdered sugar

  • 6 to 8 tablespoons evaporated milk (more if needed)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, butter, and sugar in large bowl. In small bowl, sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Add pecans and vanilla extract; pour into 13x9x2 inch well greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. When done, remove from oven and cover top of cake (while hot) with small marshmallows. Top with icing. ICING: Mix all ingredients and pour over marshmallows layer on cake.
