Mu Shu Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 Tnsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tnsp dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 8 6inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk cornstarch, soy sauce, dry sherry and hoisin sauce. Heat the canola oil and stir fry garlic and ginger. Add coleslaw and scallions until wilted, about 3 minutes. Add chicken and soy sauce mixture. Toss until heated and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve in warmed flour tortilla. Add additional hoisin sauce if desired.
