Cheesy Broccholi Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) bags of frozen broccholi spears
  • 1-1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 cylinder of Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 medium-size brick of Velveeta cheese, sliced thin

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccholi partially and drain well. Place the broccholi in the bottom of a 9X13 cassereole dish. Dot with 1/2 stick of butter. Cover with cheese slices. Top with the crushed crackers. Melt the remaining stick of butter and drizzle over the top of the broccholi. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
