  • 1 pkg (24 oz) shredded hash browns thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepepr cheese (or swiss and cheddar)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped ham

Step 1

Thaw hash browns on paper towels, (2 hours). Pat excess water out with paper towel.

But 9'' pie plate. Press hash brown on bottom and up sides of plate till firmly pressed. Brush with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 425F. remove and turn oven to 350F. Place ham next, then cheese, and egg, milk, and salt mixture. Bake 35 minutes or about an hour if recipe is doubled.
