Snow Balls

We've always call these Snow Balls, but I think their official name is Russian Tea Cookies even though I prefer mine with coffee!

Ingredients

  • 2 C Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 4 tsp Milk
  • 4 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 C Flour
  • 1 C Pecans
  • Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and milk. Add flour and crushed nuts. Mix well. Form balls and flatten slightly.

Bake at 370 degrees 12-15 minutes. Cool briefly. Cover with confectioners sugar while still warm.
