Ingredients
- 1 24oz Package frozen hashbrowns (Thawed)
- 1/2 Cup chopped onions
- 1/2 Cup Chopped green peppers
- 1 Can cream of potato soup
- 1 Can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Transfer to greased casserole dish. Bake @ 350 deg for 75 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
