Hashbrown Casserole--Scott's

Ingredients

  • 1 24oz Package frozen hashbrowns (Thawed)
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped green peppers
  • 1 Can cream of potato soup
  • 1 Can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Transfer to greased casserole dish. Bake @ 350 deg for 75 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
