Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 c water
  • 3/4 c uncooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 c frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Stir in soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in shallow 2qt baking dish.

Top with chicken and cover

Bake 50 min or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let stand 10 min
