Ingredients
- l lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 30 oz. jar chunky garden style Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
- 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 10 oz. can rotel tomatoes
- 1 regular can white northern beans
- 1 regular can red kidney beans
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 to 2 cups of cooked macaroni

Step 1
Cook ground beef with onions garlic. Add sauce, broth, water, celery, sugar, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in rotel tomatoes, beans, carrots, and macaroni. Simmer another 10 minutes. I like to also add spinach the last 10 minutes of cooking. Of course this is optional.
