Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• 1/2 onion chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 lg eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400F
Spray pie plate with cooking spray
Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned and drain fat
Stir in salt/pepper
Spread half of beef in pie plate and sprinkle with half of the cheese
Spread other half of beef over top
Combine:
Eggs
Milk
Bisquick
half of cheese

Pour liquid mixure over beef
(Can sprinkle a little more shredded cheddar on top)

Bake for 25-30 minutes until centre comes out clean

Cut into 6 - 8 wedges and serve with ketchup
