Grandma's Million Dollar Fudge

Ingredients

  • Mix the following in a large bowl:
  • 2 large Hershey bars (9¾ oz), chopped
  • 1 8-oz jar Marshmallow Crème
  • 1 12-oz bag Chocolate Chips
  • 1 pkg Chopped Nuts – about ½ pound
  • (you can also use mini marshmallows, or both)
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • In a Saucepan, combine the following:
  • 4½ C. Sugar
  • 1 large can Evaporated Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Bring mixture to a boil and cook gently to 237° - about 8 minutes – STIRRING CONSTANTLY!

Pour hot mixture over the chocolate mixture in the bowl. Stir until melted. Pour into greased or buttered pans – will be about ½” - ¾” thick. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
