Ingredients
- 2 cups yellow corn meal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbl sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup (6 oz) cheddar cheese
- 1 (15oz) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup canned, diced, drained jalepenos
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2) butter melted
Details
Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except butter.
Stir in melted butter.
Bake 45 min, let cool in pan for 15 min.
