  • 1 box of Ziti Rigati.

  • 1 tablespoon of salt.

  • 1 green packet of Sazon.(Goya)

  • 1lb 85% lean ground beef.

  • 2 lb 13oz jar of Ragu chuncky pasta sauce.(tomato,onion and garlic)

  • 15 oz. whole milk ricotta.

  • 16 oz. whole milk mozzerella.

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.

  • 1 teaspoon of Adobo

  • 1 pinch of black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degree's Cook pasta until just al dente in 1 tablespoon salted water. Brown meat in large pan with sazon and adobo.(DO NOT DRAIN) Add 2/3 spaghetti sauce in pan and stir. Add pinch of black pepper and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add drianed pasta noodles. Stir in Ricotta. Stir in half of mozzerlla cubed. Stir in half of parmesan cheese. Pour into greased foil pan or baking dish. Cover with remaing mozzerlla and parmesan cheese. Drizzle with remaining spaghetti sauce from jar. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 30 min. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
