Ingredients
- 1 cup non fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup loosely packed, roughly chopped herbs (cilantro or mint)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups diced, fully cooked chicken breast
- 4 large wholewheat tortillas
- 3-5 pre-washed lettuce slices

Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and herbs. Stir until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken breast and stir until well coated. Place lettuce and a quarter of chicken mixture on a tortilla and wrap up.
