Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed, roughly chopped herbs (cilantro or mint)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups diced, fully cooked chicken breast
  • 4 large wholewheat tortillas
  • 3-5 pre-washed lettuce slices

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and herbs. Stir until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken breast and stir until well coated. Place lettuce and a quarter of chicken mixture on a tortilla and wrap up.
