Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Place in large pot, cover with water, add chicken broth. Simmer until done - about 30 minutes.
