Venison Burgers

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lbs ground venison
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp onion, chopped
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1 slice of bread, moistened with milk
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together. Form into patties, grill and enjoy!
