Ingredients
- 1 small jar of dried beef
- ⅛ lb. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 2 cups of milk
Preparation
Step 1
Frizzle the dried beef torn into pieces in ⅛ butter. Sprinkle with the flour and stir together. Add 1 ½ cups of milk and stir until thickened. Add more milk to desired consistency. Let boil slowly for a few mintues.
Serve over toasted English muffins or baked potatoes. Also deliciously over my quick and easy cornbread recipe in this book.
