Tasty Thai Steak Strips with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb. flank steak, cut diagonally, 1/2 “ thick
- 2 T. canola oil
- 1T. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. fresh minced ginger
- 1 T. lime juice
- 2 t. brown sugar
- 1-16 oz. pkg. Asian rice noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Soak skewers. Thread steak strips. In small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic. Brush on steak. Cover with Saran Wrap, marinate in fridge – 30 minutes.
Combine rest of ingredients and boil. Set aside.
Broil 3 minutes per side. Serve with peanut sauce.
