Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 stickd\s butter
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup water
- 1-1/2 TBS minced garlic

Step 1
Trim ends of mushrooms. Place caps down in pan.
Melt butter and pour over mushrooms. Pour wine over butter. Pour water over wine. Sprinkle with garlic.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
