Ingredients
- 1 - 29 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 - 6oz. can tomato paste
- 1 Pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 1 - 12 oz. block of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 to 4 eggs
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Make sauce using the tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasonings in pan on stove.
Slice chicken in half lengthwise. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil until lightly browned. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Add a layer of sauce, then cheese, then the rest of the sauce and cheese.
Bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees.
