* Options for Coating:
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
Couple shakes of Worchestershire Sauce
Couple shakes of Tabasco Sauce
Chopped Dried Beef
Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients but the coating together. Form into a ball & cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate 'till firm. Roll in a coating of your choice if desired serve with your favorite cracker and refrigerate until ready to serve
