Grampi's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 green peppers
• 2 large onions
• 2 cups mushrooms
• 1-1.5 lbs. ground beef
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 cup tomato paste
• 1 large can tomatoes
• 1 tsp. thyme
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 tsp. curry
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. BBQ spice
• 2 tsp. dry mustard
• 3-4 bay leaves
• 1 tsp. steak spice
• 2-3 cloves garlic
• shake of tabasco

Step 1

Brown ground beef.
Add green pepper and onions
Add mushroom
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour
