Spagetti and meatballs

Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. crushed bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesean cheese
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T minced parsley
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. basil
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 29 oz. cans tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix meatballs mixture together and form balls. Brown in crisco.
2. Mix sauce ingredients. Add meatballs. Simmer
3. Cook spagetti according to package directions.
4. Serve sauce and meatballs over spagetti.
