Oat Bran Bread

Light, high volume bread.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups warm water
• 2 tablespoons avocado oil, olive oil, or butter substitute
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1/4 cup oat bran
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Select white bread setting. Select medium color.
