Ingredients
- 2 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- ½ stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c honey
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts curry powder
- ¼ c mustard (Grey Poupon or Guldens)
- 1-3 Tbs fresh ginger, minced
- Optional: raisins or toasted almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter. Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered.
Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.
Server over rice
