Ingredients

  • 2 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1 ts salt
  • 1 ts curry powder
  • ¼ c mustard (Grey Poupon or Guldens)
  • 1-3 Tbs fresh ginger, minced
  • Optional: raisins or toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter. Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered.
Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.

Server over rice
