Chicken with Tomato Salsa Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken, cut into chunks
  • 1 lg. can tomato sauce
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • rice

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1 T. olive oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and chicken and stir-fry for 5-10 min until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, salsa, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
