Ingredients
- 3 oz. (1 C.) uncooked rotini
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ lb. turkey breast cutlets, cut into strips
- 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
- ¾ tsp. dried oregano leaves

Step 1
Cook pasta and drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion, pepper, garlic and turkey. Cook and stir 5-10 min. until turkey is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, beans and oregano; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add pasta. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until heated.
