Marshmallow Brownies

• Oven 350
• Grease bottom and sides of 9” square pan.
• ½ cup ( 6 oz ) butterscotch pieces Melt together in
• ¼ cup butter microwave.
• ¾ cup flour
• 1/3 cup brown sugar Add to
• 1 tsp baking powder butterscotch
• ¼ tsp salt mixture.
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 cup mini marshmallows Fold into
• 1 cup chocolate chips batter.

Preparation

Step 1

Spread into pan. Bake 20 – 25 mins.. Center will be jiggly. Do not overbake.
