Shrimp and wild rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, boiled and peeled
  • 1 can, cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tab. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tab. chopped onion
  • 2 tab. butter, melted
  • 1 tab. lemon juice
  • 1/2 teas. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teas. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. of Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice, cook according to pkg.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased 2 quart casserole dish for 30- 35 minutes.
