Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 398 ml tin artichokes, drained and chopped fine
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Heat in microwave, stirring every minute, until hot.
