Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 green peppers chopped
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 lbs. lean ground meat
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons A-1 sauce
- Pinch thyme
- 1 Bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and saute garlic, onions, and pepper. Add meat and cook until it turns gray in color. Add sauces, water, and seasoning. Simmer at least 6 hours.
