Allegro

Great Marinade for Beef or Pork Or Chicken. Taste just like the bottled Allegro marinade.

Ingredients

• ½ Cup lite Soy Sauce
• ¼ Cup Dry Sherry
• 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
• 2 Garlic Cloves minced
• 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
• ¼ Tsp nutmeg
• Fresh ground pepper to taste
