Ingredients
- 4 cups shreddeed cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups chopped red onion
- 1 (160z) pakage frozen corn
- 2 cups shredded monteray jack cheese
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mild salsa
- 3 cups enchilada sauce
- 16 flour tortillas
- 1 bunch green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first group of ingredients.
Toast tortillas in pan for 5-10 seconds each side, then fill with mixture.
Bake at 350' for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
