Ingredients
- 6-8 center cut pork chops
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 can chicken with rice soup
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder.
Brown in oil in skillet
Place in crockpot. Add and cover meat with soup.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on hig for 31/2 hours.
