1 8oz. box of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
¼ stick butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Prepare macaroni by directions on box and drain well. Place macaroni in saucepan and and butter and cheese. Stir until melted and serve. You could try substituting some or all of the cheddar cheese with gouda, mozzarella, or swiss cheese.
