Ingredients

  • Souflee mixture:
  • 1 can sweet potatoes, drained, 13 oz.
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 stick butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 3/4 stick butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

For Souflee Mixture:
Combine all ingredients using an electric mixture, until well blended. Pour into a 8x11 inch pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until firm.

For Topping:
Melt butter and add brown sugar, combine. Add pecans and cornflakes, spread over baked souflee mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
