Pesto Cream Cheese with Tomato Relish Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Roma tomatoes - chopped
  • 1/4 C chopped basil
  • 1/3 C parmesan cheese
  • 2 T garlic - chopped
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 oz. pesto
  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine tomatoes, basil, cheese, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon into 9" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Stir and let cool slightly.

Mix pesto with cream cheese in bowl. Mound on serving dish. Top with baked tomato mixture. Serve with sliced baguette or pit
